It took about 4 hours to drive from Ohakune to Plimmerton and the boys were truly DS'ed out! Fortunately the batch was brilliant for the boys as it had a trampoline and tons of toys including a great selection of books which Alex dived into. Plimmerton is about 15 min outside Wellington and is a quiet place with a very popular fish and chip shop. We took the boys out for a couple hours climbing rocks etc and we had some great fish although it took an hour to get as it was so busy. Great cafe next door as well.
