Torbay Heights

It was a miserable day today and we said to ourselves that on these days we must look at some 'Open Homes' and explore a new area.  Basically 'Open Homes' allow you to walk in and be nosey!  Everyone is telling us that we must look at at least fifty homes before we consider buying! So we visited two properties today in the area of Torbay Heights.  First impressions were good as it was very green and the houses didn't feel like they were on top of each other. Its close to Long Bay which is a great reserve and Albany mall which we go to all the time.

The two properties are both going for about 225 thousand pounds but because of the market there is plenty of scope for negotiation!  They were both 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Fran hated the layout of one of the houses.
The estate agents gave out lollies to the boys and so Tom wanted to move in.

It was great to explore the area and we ended up down at Browns Bay for a coffee.  We popped into a small toy shop and they were playing 'Pearl Jam' and then 'Blink 182'!  I love this country.
