Castor Bay

We have been told that we must see at least 50 houses before we even consider buying!  We

would love to live near my school at Campbells Bay but it is very expensive.  

On the weekend a property appeared which was right next to Castor Bay which was 900 metres from school and it was very cheap at 625,000.  The location was stunning as you can see the boys loved the big tree, apparatus and the beach is fantastic. 

We were so close to buying it as the location was amazing but it was short a bedroom and just that little too small for us.  We kept thinking of the boys as teenagers and it simply wasn't big enough.  However, it was a close call as the house was good just small.  

We went to Lake Pupuke for a coffee to discuss our decision and knew we need to see more houses and areas before we make this big decision.  However, our heart kept thinking of the location, it was very very tempting!
