We have just purchased our first home in NZ! It's a very long story but due to a series of unfortunate events we ended up looking to buy and found this amazing house. Not so pretty on the outside but incredible potential inside i.e. 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 huge rumpus (large children playroom). The deck which flows out from the main living space and kitchen is the icing on the cake with its sea views! We are literally 2 mins walk or 30 second chase of Ollie, from the beautiful 'Rothesay Bay'. Please note that the furniture is not ours! Stolen photos from the internet as it looks now. We are totally shocked that we got it, as it is in a very sort after area. Also because it needs a little work we got it at an amazing price. The settlement date is in a couple of weeks and we can't wait to get in there. The address is 48 Beulah Avenue (pronounced Ferris 'Bueller'), Rothesay Bay for all you goggle map lovers out there!
